This was my attempt a while back to draw Vincent Price as the Abominable Dr. Phibes.
While drawing I realised the left eye wasn't aligned the same way as in the rather famous still photo from the film but figured out the eye staring into the camera adds an eerie quality to the image -not that it's lacking otherwise- and decided to keep it as is.
